Lake Nillacootie Camp 2010

A big thankyou to all the Grade 5/6 students for their wonderful enthusiasm and behaviour on camp. I had a wonderful time and enjoyed taking part in the many activities with you all. A few of the highlights on camp were Red Faces and playing spot light at night. All the teachers enjoyed and found it very funny trying to hide from the students in the dark. Mrs Bird and I stopped laughing when we realised the tree we had climbed was full of huge spider webs! I hope you are well rested and ready for week 4.

What's been happening in Upper School

Reading and Maths groups are well under way with students familiar with the US timetable and routine of moving to their group and teacher. In week 5 we also commenced writing and spelling clinics which ran very smoothly. Well done to all the grade 5/6 students for working so co-operatively!!

Hi USPU,

I hope you are all enjoying the long weekend with family and friends. I have had a nice time with my girls and Rick. Enjoy your last couple of days and we'll see you on Tuesday.

Things to remember:

-Homework due on Tuesday
-Getting ready for Show Day on Wednesday 17th March
(think about what stall you may want to be involved in)

See you!!
